This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Proof of age and identity may be required. Sunshine Beverages reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and may withhold the prize if eligibility conditions are not met.
All participants must hold a valid passport at least three (3) months prior to the intended travel date, with a minimum of six (6) months validity remaining from the date of return travel. It is the responsibility of the winner and their guest to ensure their travel documents meet these requirements. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of Sunshine Beverages and excludes UK bank holidays, Valentine’s Day/weekend, and all UK school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms, and Easter in both the UK and Turkey.
The prize includes return economy flights, all applicable flight taxes and surcharges, and one piece of checked baggage per two people. Subject to availability, the departure airport will be the winner’s nearest international airport that operates flights to either Izmir or Bodrum. A direct flight cannot be guaranteed. Please note this may not be your closest geographical airport. If the winner or their guest does not hold a UK passport, it is their responsibility to check and obtain any required visa or travel authorisation for the destination. The cost of visas is not included in the prize.
Given the constantly evolving nature of international travel guidelines, Sunshine Beverages strongly advises winners to review official travel advice and entry requirements before confirming their travel dates. Official guidance is available via the UK Government’s website: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they meet all requirements for entering Turkey and for returning to the UK, including but not limited to vaccination, testing, and travel documentation. Sunshine Beverages and associated venues accept no responsibility for any costs or losses incurred due to failure to comply with such requirements.6. Transfers Private airport transfers between Izmir and Bodrum will be provided. These transfers will not be shared with other passengers.
Winners will stay in 4-star hotels, sharing a double room with an en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. A twin room may be requested but is not guaranteed. The prize also includes an allowance to cover local tourism taxes payable upon hotel check-out.
A guided brewery tour will be provided by Sunshine Beverages. The details and timing of this tour are subject to availability and operational considerations at the time of booking. All participants must be 18 or over.
Travel insurance is provided subject to standard terms and conditions. Please note that pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. There are no age restrictions on the insurance provided, however, the policy is subject to the winner and their guest being eligible under the insurer’s criteria.
All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months of the date of initial notification from Sunshine Beverages. Failure to book within this time frame may result in the forfeiture of the prize.
Sunrise Beverages and all participating venues in the promotion shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from the prize or participation in the promotion, except where it is caused by negligence. Winners and their guests accept the prize at their own risk and are responsible for their own behaviour during the trip. Sunrise Beverages, and any of its partners hosting, running, or engaging in the promotion, shall not be held liable in connection with the promotion, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sunshine Beverages reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
